ATTORNEY & SMALL BUSINESS EDUCATOR

Weinberg Legal founder, Leah Weinberg, spent a decade planning weddings in and around New York City as the owner of Color Pop Events. In 2023, she officially returned to practicing law — but this time as an attorney for wedding and event professionals, as well as other creative entrepreneurs and small business owners.

As a wedding industry veteran and self-described legal nerd, she’s here to demystify the law and show you how to protect yourself and everything you’re working so hard to achieve.

THE BOOK

The Wedding Roller Coaster book

THE WEDDING ROLLER COASTER

Between being a lawyer and a wedding planner, in 2021 Leah also found time to become a published author.

If there’s one thing she learned spending 10 years as a wedding planner, it’s that weddings don’t have to be stressful if you approach them the right way. But you have to be prepared for the emotions that are going to surface and the tricky conversations that you need to have, and you also need to know what really matters to you and your partner.

Leah wrote The Wedding Roller Coaster to give couples practical advice on wedding planning while keeping their most important relationships intact. You’ll hear real-life stories from other couples who worked to figure out their priorities and plan a wedding that reflected them. She’s also included plenty of questions to help you and your partner start talking about what you truly want your wedding to mean.
